Manage several warehouses or storage locations, track every item in those warehouses, place a control system in place where each and every item is signed off by an authorized person, before it is taken out

Keep up with your stock availability and ensure it is always at an adequate level. The system gives a notification when the inventory is running low so you can immediately re-order.

Inventory Assets – Be informed of the value (Total Amount) of your stock at any given time. TMS helps you become more proactive when planning and forecasting your inventory needs. Avoid financial losses due to human errors, excessive stock storage, unnecessary purchases.

Manage the list of of goods (type, group, sub group, unit, color, body, size, category, model, manufacturer, warranty). You will also be able to tell the location of each item, e. g if you have several storage areas within your warehouse, you can know the exact place where the item is stored.

 Set the profit rate that can be applied on each item. From the profit rate, the selling price can be calculated in two ways: according to the profit margin of the buying price or the profit margin of the selling price.

Based on the profit ratio of each item, the purchase price and the selling price in the period you can calculate the profit rate of the current inventory value of each item

 

Purchase Order You can raise a purchase order from the system, and create an import slip ( a confirmation slip of ordered item and selection of which warehouses they are to be stored) when purchases arrive at warehouse

 Get the details of each item in the store house, when the items arrived, the store they were kept, how many are left, and transaction history

Import Goods When goods arrive, define which stores or warehouses they will be stored, print import slip or generate data from the purchase order. You can set a digital signature for authorization after inspection

Export Goods – Sell goods in volumes, selecting which warehouses they are coming from

Internal Transfer – Transfer goods between different warehouses, internally with levels of controls and authorizations

Loss and Adjustment – Set a system in place for official & authorized channel for adjustment of stocks and losses

Warehouse Report – Get detailed report of each warehouse eg opening stocks, closing stocks and sales

Stock Taking  – Take stocks of items; deriving quantities sold from opening and closing balances. Compare numbers from stock counts with those from sales to determine variances (ideal for fast moving goods)

Invoices You can either create invoices directly from the system, by pulling up the items from the inventory or from Point of Sales. Record payment and payment types, transactions ID and where the money is banked. Send estimates

Point of SaleYou can make your sales from point of sales or export slips. The point of sale shows the locations of the items

Customer Account – In case you have repeat customers who buy on credit on regular basis, they can have an account in order to track their invoices, print their statements or even pre-fund their accounts

 

Tickets – Your customers can open a ticket which will be responded to by a member of staff

 

Leads – Create all your leads in one place so that you can email or text them from time to time. When a lead purchases from you, you can convert them into customers. Ability to auto import leads from email, add notes, create proposals. Organize your leads in stages and change stages easily with drag and drop.

 

Financial Report – From the dashboard you will be able to track where your money is, payment types eg Mpesa,Cash, Invoices, Cards etc

 

Integrations – You can integrate with Quick Books Accounting so that you can generate more financial reports, Tax/VAT Reports

 

Calendar – Use a powerful calendar feature, together with To do task lists, to manage and plan work with your staff

Web Portal You can create a portal of your products that you can share with your customers through your social media networks, and also collect leads right into your warehouse system
